For example, readers will discover how tsunamis form while also learning about several areas around the world ravaged by them. Fact-filled text boxes have headings such as "Deadly Data" and "Earth Under Attack." Each title includes a number of case studies called "Disaster Report," focusing on a particular devastating event. The layout is visually dynamic and includes many vibrant photographs and other attention-grabbing devices, such as colorful headings and borders.
