Dustin Hoffman turns scarily territorial as a meek mathematician forced to protect his rural English home and the village naif he is harboring from local hooligans hellbent on vigilante justice. With its obscure title referring to ceremonial objects used for religious sacrifices in ancient China, the controversial drama benefits from a 4K restoration and a tidy bunch of extras.
