This photo shows an "Auto Table" patented by Kelly B. Harvey in 1923. The device allowed cars to be pulled onto the rails and secured, allowing mechanics to access the underside of the cars, such as hydraulic lifts are used today. Kelly B. Harvey was the surveyor who platted the "Town of Trabue" that later became Punta Gorda.
