This undated photo shows the Freeman House, built c.1903 by a Punta Gorda mayor, A.C. Freeman, on its original site at the corner of Booth Street and East Marion Avenue. The house was relocated in 1985 to Hargreaves Street, then relocated once more to West Retta Esplanade where it now serves as a welcome center.
