How do I place a hold on my mobile device?
Tap the three dots
Look at the top right side of the item's record. Tap the three gray dots.
This will open the slide-out Actions menu, which includes the option to Place Hold. You'll then be prompted to log in if needed and to choose your pickup location.
What happened to the menu?
Look for the hamburger icon
On desktop, the hamburger menu will expand when you click the icon on the top left. You'll find all our library information pages there.
On mobile, the hamburger icon is at the top right. The mobile menu includes both My Account options and library information pages.
How can I tell if I'm logged in?
Look for the Log out option
On desktop, click on the My Account menu.
If you see "Welcome, your name" and an option to log out, you are already logged in.
If you see the option to log in, you've not yet done so.
On mobile, click on the hamburger menu.
If you see the option to log out, you're already logged in.
How can I browse for new books, coming soon, DVDs, etc. on my mobile device?
Use Search Options
Click the small "Search Options" link that's right below the mobile search bar.
Choose "Browse by category" to see these quick search buttons.
