Beschreibung:
This two-story commercial building at 264 West Marion Avenue, the first masonry structure erected in Punta Gorda, was built by Epfraem (Abe) Goldstein c.1990. The building has held Goldstein's furniture store, a general store, and the Peeples' family IGA store. Although the upper story was damaged by Hurricane Charley in 2004, it has been rebuilt.
