A South African teenage hoodlum unexpectedly takes on the role of caretaker for a helpless infant following a violent carjacking in writer-director Gavin Hood's emotionally charged tale of redemption. Making his screen debut, Presley Chweneyagae is marvelous in the title role of a damaged young man in search of his moral compass. Extras include an illuminating look at alternate endings.
